Who We Are

The Mission’s In-Kind Donation Warehouse is a location that accepts donations of a wide variety of items from our community. Every day we are blessed with donations of clothing, hygiene products, furniture, household items, and so much more. Here our guests who live on campus can come and get clothes and other items that they need. When they complete their respective programs and attain housing, they are able to come and choose any items they may need to furnish their home. We also are able to share these things with numerous community partners to help their clients and organizations when they have a need. Our goal is to support as many individuals in need in our community as we can!

What We Do

At the Eugene Mission's In-Kind Donation Warehouse we accept, sort, and process donations from our community members. This process includes helping our donors unload their donations, sorting them into categories based on what type of item, and processing the items to their particular storage area. We set aside any extra clothing, housewares, and toiletry items to be shared with our community partners who are also serving those in need in Lane County. When a Mission guest or a client from a community partner attain housing, we assist them in picking out items for their new home and, if needed, will set up a time for delivery. On delivery day Mission staff and volunteers will load up our truck with all of the items that person as chosen and transport them to their new home.
