Crossing the threshold into the Eugene Mission dining room is about so much more than just entering a room for food. We recognize the dining room is a critical point of contract with our guests.
We seek to not only prepare, serve and share meals with our guests, we seek to nourish our guests physically and emotionally. The kitchen at the Eugene Mission is a place of hospitality and connection, industry, laughter, service and comfort. Today and every day!
What We Do
We serve an average of 850 meals every day which are planned and prepared by our chefs. With the help of weekly volunteers, R3 and Life Change program participants a myriad of ingredients are carefully stored, prepared and cooked into healthy delicious meals.
