Volunteer: Hospitality VolunteerHospitality volunteers will partner with trained chefs, other volunteers, and Mission guests who engage in vocational training, to provide beautiful meals with exceptional presentation and atmosphere to community groups utilizing our meeting spaces.
Duties could include: Helping prepare meals "Tablescaping" Set up and take down of meeting spaces Hosting meeting spaces Cleaning Dishes And lots more!Volunteers are needed when we have event needs. Volunteer: Rescue Center AideRescue is the first point of contact for guests of the Eugene Mission. Often they need someone to just be there and listen as they are acclimating to their new space. Rescue Center aids can be the ear a new guest might need. Creativity is encouraged in this space. Want to play games? Take the guests for a walk on campus? Hold a short crocheting class? Great! This role is all about engagement in any way that works for you!

Drivers will need to/ be comfortable with: - Have a valid driver's license and provide copy of it - Fill out the driving history form ( Link at bottom of this page please print and turn into Mike Tardie) - Be able to lift 40 pounds - Will be driving with a guest in shotgun Program: Food Services Drivers will drive a small box truck to pick up donated food from businesses around Eugene.
